120 East Front Street is located in the Center City South Redevelopment Area and refers to the Capital City Renaissance Plan in terms of height, coverage and other bulk limitations.

The Trenton 250 – Downtown District Plan identifies 120 E. Front Street as part of the “Downtown Core” and references the “Broad Street Two-Way Redesign and Revitalization” sections.
CCRC Capital City Renaissance Plan
CCRC Capital City Renaissance Plan targets 120 East Front Street as a key site for redevelopment.
“The City should work together to create a project specific redevelopment plan and utilize all incentives available for reuse.”
